Michael started his insurance
career in 1972. He is president of Miltner Insurance Agency,
Inc. and writes all lines of insurance both in Commercial
and Personal. In 1983, Michael was selected by his peers
as Young Agent of the Year in Iowa. In 1993, he served
as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa.
Michael, currently is Iowa’s State National Director to
the Independent Agents and Brokers of America. Although
his dedication to the association is important, Mike will
also take time in assisting new and current clients, cultivating
the agency for success. Michael is married to Rita and
enjoys traveling and playing golf. They have four children
and six grandchildren. |

Ogburn

Katrina
entered the insurance business in 1998. She began her
duties with Miltner Insurance Agency, Inc. as a customer
service specialist. She recently was promoted to office
manager. She also holds her personal lines license and
is very capable and devoted to delivering top notch service.
Katrina keeps the office in a smooth sailing mode. Katrina
and her husband, Bill have two children, Alyssa and Tyler.
Her spare time is enjoyed with her family on their farm
where there’s never a dull moment! |

Templeton

Jayne
began her career in the Insurance Business in 1987. Jayne
writes all lines of insurance both in commercial and personal
lines as well as life and health. She specializes in crop
insurance. Jayne enjoys working with the variety of people
that her hometown exposes her to. The everyday challenges
of the insurance business makes each work day a new experience.
Jayne is married to Phil and has four children. In her
spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and friends. |

Cindy
Stamps

Cindy is our customer service
specialist, assisting clients with claims, payment schedules
and answering a multitude of questions. She also acts
double duty as our receptionist. Her warm welcome will
reach you whether its on the telephone or in person. She
is the newest member of our team and is eager to meet
everyone. Cindy is married to Danny and has two daughters,
Oakley and Tasha. |
